Day Treatment in Massachusetts

Day Treatment takes place on an outpatient basis, which means participants travel to a facility several days a week to receive care. They do not have to move into the facility, as is required by residential programs. Our Day Treatment program in Massachusetts can provide a continuation from the intensive treatment found in an inpatient program, and a great next step for addiction treatment.

Day treatment is also the recommended choice when a person recognizes their life is being adversely affected by alcohol and other drug use. Day treatment proves to be a vital service for those who need daily structure and therapy throughout the course of the week. This Programming is a crucial step in developing awareness and improving one’s health and wellness. Being under the care of therapists and qualified staff for several days a week creates a safe space for the person to learn how to combat urges to start drinking or using drugs again.
